1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, customer profile details, order contents, payment status and support messages. Payment card, bank and UPI credentials are entered with Cashfree and are not stored by AssetsKart.
2. How information is used
We use this information to authenticate customers, process and verify orders, deliver digital products, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, provide support and maintain the marketplace.
3. Service providers
AssetsKart uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, Cashfree for payments, Resend for transactional email and Vercel for hosting. Google Analytics may be used to understand aggregated website usage when configured.
4. Cookies and local storage
Essential authentication data may be stored in secure cookies. Cart and wishlist selections may be saved in your browser’s local storage. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies and records traffic sources, product views, cart and checkout interactions, and purchase events with order references, products and amounts. These reports help us improve the website. Our custom analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number or private product access links.
5. Sharing and retention
We share information only with providers needed to operate the services described above, comply with law, protect users or investigate fraud. We retain account and transaction records only as reasonably required for operations, support, security and legal obligations.
6. Security
Customer login uses one-time email codes. You should never share an OTP, private purchase-access link, card information or UPI PIN. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to correct your customer profile or request information about your account data, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. Browser controls can clear local storage and restrict non-essential analytics.
